@extracredit___ a two-day audio/visual mixtape festival that occurred February 26+27 2022 is incepted by 2 international DJs, Hydragen @l.coats_ (Los Angeles) and DJ Ditto @sw_ajang (Hong Kong) and aims to unite a curated group of talented, experimental American and Asian artists working in sound and visuals. 

extracredit brings together over 40 artists across two hemispheres during this extended period of the pandemic, where strict lockdowns and restrictions to public performances still persist in many countries. Hydragen and DJ Ditto themselves met online in 2021 and created extracredit with the goal of creating a close-knit community of creatives around the world.  

extracredit is a cross-cultural, communal audio/visual mixtape+compilation not only meant to entertain, but also to join people in isolation with one another. It differentiates itself by putting a strong emphasis on the curation of the artists, by providing a platform to the individual artist’s visions, and by carefully archiving the video+sound works post-livestream in an effort to reach a wider audience.

Selected video works will stream live on HKCR, and all of the artists' works will be archived on HKCR soundcloud as well as extracredit vimeo.

L'émission d'Hildegarde renaît avec un titre : 𝐿𝒾𝓂𝒾𝓃𝒶𝓁 𝒮𝓉𝒶𝓉𝑒, puisqu'elle prend des formes très différentes mais invite toujours sur des lignes périphériques entre les mondes.
Cette fois-ci, ael profite de ce 4eme épisode pour nous offrir un dernier souffle d'été alors qu'il se meurt (se meurt hits), à travers un collage sonore qui utilise comme fond de toile les films Southland Tales (2006 Richard Kelly) et Romeo + Juliette (1996, Baz Luhrmann) dont les thèmes se recoupent dans la fantaisie que laissent naître l'amour passionnel, la haine et la fin du monde. 

Mixez un tas de films des années 2000 qui incluent des plages paradisiaques, du drame, des amours impossibles ou Leo Di Caprio jeune et vous obtiendez la teinte émotionnelle de ce mix de 20 minutes.
