The title "Post Institutional Stress Disorder–PISD" which Sarah proposed is borrowed from an exhibition by Kunsthall Aarhus (2018). From one side, we discuss how cultural practitioners function while working within larger structures and institutions. Simultaneously, we think of ways to avoid institutional structures/dynamics among collectives.
