America has been heavy. There are many burdens creating a national, maybe even a global state of anxiety. This is the America where we find ourselves resisting heavy burdens on the daily. In this meditation, we explore stillness and rest as a means to resist the unrest and injustices of our current reality. WHATEVER burden you carry today, let us participate in a reflection and affirmation to fight and find ways for us to be well in this America.
