To anyone landing upon this that doesn't know me...........

This episode not only celebrates 70!.... It almost recognises 2 years to the day since it's beginning. And the reasons behind it. Which was playing out whilst I organised my own suicide. So so amazing how much has gone down in two years. And even more so recently!🥰

Music is such a powerful thing... Particularly when going through mental health issues. Even if you feel completely disconnected from the world and the people in it.... the music you love finds a way to reach you.🫠

This mix is a non-chronological, pretty eclectic, and shorter episode from norm… and a reflection of that journey. Turning the darkness into music and light and a positive experience to enjoy. I wouldn’t be here without this passion for mixing music...or the people that supported me along the way. Keep being kind and loving everyone. Because you don’t know how much difference your kindness can make….but to some, it could make all the difference. Even keep someone alive!💪

If anyone listening is going through depression or really tough times…I really hope this mix offers something to connect to and provides a moment to rest in during your battle.
