Based on my experience of my loved one dealing with pain medication addiction. 

 Using public domain clips, This song tells the story of greed from pharmaceutical companies, the ego of doctors who academically interested in fame, the story of the opioid crisis, & the victims of patients who died or now lost their lives to addiction.
