Hailing from Leeds, Betray The Throne are quickly gaining a reputation as one of the UK’s ‘must-see’ live bands.  Their own powerful yet emotive brand of hardcore / metalcore, paired with an energetic and encapsulating live show, only adds to their case to be recognised as one of the UK’s most exciting live bands to watch.

With influences from hardcore OG’s like Hatebreed and Terror, to more modern heavyweights like The Ghost Inside and A Day To Remember, Leeds hardcore metallers Betray The Throne return with “Rise Up Stay True” - anthemic reflection on the mental health challenges of the present day.

After gaining solid momentum with a heavy run of shows in the 2nd half of 2019 promoting the release of the bands first 3 singles, the advent of a global pandemic quickly halted BTT’s stampede towards UK domination.  This unexpected intermission afforded a period of self reflection within the ranks of BTT and ultimately, a deep dive into internal (often suppressed) emotions ensued - the result of which was the bands previous release (the emotional rollercoaster of  “Downfall”) and the upcoming release of “Rise Up Stay True”.
