Kicking off the live sessions series with one of our favourite locals and Tafkeek resident Zeft Funk.

Mahmoud Okasha (Zeft Funk) is a musician/producer based in Cairo, Egypt, Okasha started his career in 2020 with influences from experimental arabic, funk, disco, garage and Electronic music in his sets.

Ali (AL!) is a multidisciplinary artist and musician based in Cairo, Egypt. His style in DJing fuses his interest in global dancefloor culture with locally and regionally produced music in a forward-thinking sense. Ali's DJ sets combine HI NRG and obscurity, spanning a wide spectrum of club focused sonics with full dancefloor commitment.
Ali's flair and captivating genre bending experimentation has made him one of Cairo's most booked club favorites. 

In this set, he explores bass, UK club, jungle, grime instrumentals, MENA rap and some deconstructed territories for an hour long of forward-thinking club music.
