Observe your level of tension. Again, you find out more about how  you are habitually approaching your tasks. Once you know, you have the choice to use less tension.

Alexander Technique Exercise - Soft Face

This is one of the best exercises in non-doing: you give your organism the chance to get to know the meaning of being fully supported by the ground, to be held, and to get to know the state of not holding any unnecessary tension. This will also give your musculature the chance to go into neutral. The more often you do this, the better you will become at giving your muscles a rest while you are going about your day-to-day tasks.
