While not witnessed before, it is possible for two black holes to collide. Once they come so close that they cannot escape each other's gravity, they will merge to become one bigger black hole. 

With Rob Hes and Alex Mine swirling around each other for years, the gravitational pull was eventually too large and a collaboration of epic proportions was inevitable. With the reckoning of this new collaboration, Pursuit is adding another milestone to its history, consisting out of 3 originals delivering all the goods. With meticulous detail for sound design, groove and composition, Alex and Rob have done it again.

Additionally, Carlo Ruetz is making its long awaited return to Pursuit with a remix that is nothing short of craftsman ship and reshaping Falling Lines in his own signature sound.

"Tash’s Movement Recordings welcomes Stiven Rivic and Michael & Levan back to the label for a new EP entitled ‘Rumors’. The much loved trio have been a core part of the Greek imprint since making their debut in 2012 with a contribution to the label’s ‘Technical Progress’ Vol. 2 collection. Michael, Levan and Stiven have since gone to appear an additional ten times while also finding a home on Beatfreak, Flow Vinyl, ICONYC, Perfecto and their own Kunai imprint. Now landing back on Movement for the first time in almost three years the trio present a new two track EP alongside remixes from EdOne and Paul Angelo & Don Argento.

Beginning with the title track ’Rumors’ Stiven, Michael & Levan move into deeper territory with a warm spacious groove, smooth rhythms and clusters of dreamy tones. It’s both alluring and mysterious with a flair for the dramatic, particularly across an expansive first act, as layers of percussion build and bulbous stabs steal the air. An electric lead flows nicely into a short interlude, resetting the groove for a more unique cadence, while the main break elevates the narrative into astral territory. The companion piece ‘Incognito’ finds the trio exploring the hypnotic sensibilities they’ve become so loved for. It’s rolling groove is perfectly carved, adorned with plucky hooks, fiery percussion and meditative arps. Smooth and dubby across the first act, it eventually opens up into an astral storyboard as a wave of sonic artefacts segues perfectly into a groovy finale.

The lone interpretation of ‘Rumors’ is provided by EdOne who makes his label debut. The Spanish artist lays claim to an impressive discography highlighted by releases on Beatfreak, Stil Vor Talent, Selador and Suara. Now making his much anticipated Movement Recordings debut, the Cadiz resident puts a unique twist on ‘Rumors’.

The Berlin Kreuzberg based artist was a drummer in bands for a big part of his life and also wrote music back then.
Some years ago he started his electronic project Bock & Fuchs (now J.WOCKENFUSS) and has been very successful with it since, especially with his track "Absorbers".
The name for his debut EP on our label draws from the hard hitting reality Mondays can have for party people and performers.
The EP kicks off with the title track "Invalid Monday" a track that works on multiple levels. You have a sickening and mad sequence building up throughout the track which collaborates with a monster baseline but you also have these glitchy acoustic percussive sounds and drum rolls that give the track that pleasant groove that you feel and want to go along with.
The mighty synth sequence that acts as a curbed scream in the beginning undresses more and more to act as an energetic raving sound that carries the track to new heights. You also find raw and edgy elements in this recording which show the track is very much alive and direct and that certainly keeps you hooked as well.
