For those of you who resonate with the Mayan Dreamspell Calendar or want to tune into the frequencies for the upcoming cycle from Feb 17 to March 2nd 2022 I have created a Sonic Activation.

This activation is tuned to resonate the heart chakra with solfeggio frequencies and and to entrain the brain into a relaxed meditative state using binaural beats in the theta range of 8 hz.

In April 2019 IN SPIRIT – A holistic music production retreat was facilitated in the jungle of Bali close to Ubud. The idea behind it was to combine the technical side of music production with the practical side of channelling divine inspiration trough meditation, qi gong, breath work and voice embodiment with the goal to create music that is a unique soul expression, inspiring and healing and has the power to uplift the frequency of the planet. The result of this magical co-creative experience can be heard on this compilation. Most of the participants have had little or no music prodcution experience at all before but thanks to a very efficient schedule and passionate teachers they each ended up with a fully finished unique track.

He was the co-founder and Executive Director of The Rules (TR), a global network of activists, organizers, designers, coders, researchers, writers and others focused on changing the rules that create inequality, poverty and climate change. Currently, he is active with Cura Da Terra (#CuraDaTerra), a campaign of and for the indigenous of the Amazon in their role as healers of the earth. Alnoor comes from a Sufi lineage and explores/writes about the intersection between politics and spirituality in times of crisis.

How often the Golden Sparrow is overlooked, its power taken for granted. Although it is small, the sparrow is both powerful and productive. It’s resilience and integrity shows us that we do not have to be big to make a difference. We don't need the best and biggest things in order to be happy. The sparrow totem reminds us that our self-worth can come from our energy and passion for the simple things that fill us with motivation and love. Follow the flight of the sparrow, listen to its song, and look for the joy of a simple life.

This set was recorded and played for an online virtual dance event for the Asheville Movement Collective. It's always an honor and pleasure to provide these journeys. Thank you for your support and for dancing. <3

Este set fue grabado con la intención de liberar el Alma de todas las personas que fueron parte del retiro de Luz del Yoga Libertad, en Punta Mona, Limón del 12 al 14 de Septiembre del 2020. 

Una fecha que será recordada por todos y todas las almas que se reunieron para liberarse de un ambiente lleno de miedo, control y desempoderamiento humano.
