For the third time after His death, Jesus reveals Himself to His disciples. He makes them breakfast and then asks Peter if he loves Him. I believe He is restoring Peter and building him back up after he denied Christ three times. If you do love me, feed my sheep, tend my lambs, and feed my sheep.

As we approach the house of God and in our daily lives we are called to undivided worship of God. Our time, possessions, wealth, and life are all His.

Solomon has finished his quest for meaning and purpose in this life under the sun. He now gives wisdom to the listener from what he has learned from this quest. A call for Godly living in spite of finite mans inability to understand all of Gods past work.

God said He will raise up a prophet just  like Moses and you are to listen to Him. That prophet is Jesus. His people will want to listen to Him. If He is your Lord and savior, then He is Lord of your life - not you.

A Prophet will be raised up and you will listen to Him. They will no longer be stiff-necked and rebellious anymore. When this prophet, Jesus, comes It will be a time for obedience and listening to Him. Those who do not listen, God will require it of him, if you refuse to listen to the prophet, God will call you to account for that.

True wisdom is rare and the one who has it makes his face shine. But, even wisdom has it's limitations. Man cannot truly understand all that God does under the sun. We cannot understand God's administration of justice. We must trust in a good and loving God. We must trust His words to be true.

One thing that is certain in this sin cursed world is that we will all die. This should lead to a people who recognize every breath is a gift. Learning to die well means we know how to live. We need to live for Christ and we need to enjoy the good gifts He has given us.

Even though we can't predict the unpredictable and much of life under the sun is a mystery to us. The preacher did say wisdom is good. But, just a little folly can negate wisdom's strength.

Everything changed that day! Christ won the victory when He was resurrected. Will we believe? Will we believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of God?

One greater than Solomon is here, and that is Jesus Christ. He is the one shepherd to whom we must follow. True delight and enjoyment are only found in Christ. He is the one who is in control and can shepherd the wind.

The day of the Lord was prophesied about, several times, by many of the minor prophets. A day of judgment and wrath being poured out by God because of man's sin. Amazingly and to our surprise Jesus takes our spot and pays the price as He is nailed to the cross.

We are called to obedience, overcoming, and loving our brothers and sisters in Christ. We can do this when we begin to see the depth of His love for us.

What an amazing blessing this will be for God's people. God Himself dwelling with His people forever and ever. Only those who put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ will inherit this promise.
