George Alexandru Baldovin was born in Romanian city called Iasi. He was raised in a family of musicians and with the help of his brother Jul Baldovin was introduced to the world of music. He started to play quitar and vocal on different genre of music : pop,coutry,blues,jazz. He joins the ballet school "Octav Bancila" at age 12 and continues with music and ballet. He sings vocal and play quitar in band with his brother called "Baldwin Brothers".They stop activity after 5 years followed by awards and concerts in Romania and abroad. He continues with classical and modern ballet,leaves Romania at age 18 and moves to Slovenia,Croatia and England. During this time he composes instrumental-electronic music for modern and contemporary ballets, for media and different events.

The Perps are an Indie/Alternative Rock band from Manchester UK, comprised of: 

- Seb Smith – Lead Vocals
- Tom Burns – Lead Guitar, Vocals
- Arik Ross – Bass Guitar, Vocals
- Alex Visinoni – Drums.

Formed in 2018, we have spent the past 4 years writing, recording, and gigging our music throughout the UK.  Despite the chokehold of a global pandemic, we were determined to keep momentum ticking.  It was an industry wide struggle, but through zoom calls, masked video shoots and mobile recording sessions, we pushed on in any way restrictions would allow.  We now 7 releases on all major streaming platforms, 5 of which compose our debut EP W.A.L.K.  2022 was a huge year for the band as we have become Glastonbury Emerging Talent Finalists, and are thrilled to announce our new agreement with label; Golden Robot Records.  Recording for EP 2 is well underway, and with the backing from the label we’re confident this release later in 2023 will push us to the next level.  We have multiple live shows planned for the year and hope to begin plans for a tour in the summer.
