Beyond Mist Curtain (NaviarHaiku422)

An everything bagel of influences...a serial structure controls pitch, rhythm, dynamics, articulation...but on a pentatonic scale, to produce a result that sounds like some sort of imaginary world music devoid of avant-garde cliches.  Certainly echoes of minimalism, perhaps early Glass, yet totally athematic and non-repetitive.  What am I forgetting?

it was happening the whole time
no no, ever since the history was even written down

the spaces you occupy are now in danger
but they were all along

no you didn’t see when the poisoned apple presented itself, or why those seeds had to be burned by the mountain heaps.
that it wasn’t mob mentality
that if something was there in the corner
in a dark, white-walled room
that it had something to do
with the white picket fence around your tomb.

if you exist
then you’re tied to that ‘non-existent’
in fact you came from there

the daft air!

i swear!

you didn’t know it was happening!?
and the nara! the loudspeaker! the announcement!
the discovery of a truth willfully denied, again to save face!

is this feigned affection again?
do you come like a lover to enchant me again?
like i haven’t changed!

like history repeats itself and that is the end?
like physics ends there with no meta to expand?
no no, the circle extends, the eclipse begins

spiralling

you thought it would not change
that the truth was fake like a fairy tale

Guitar played through a resonant filter and some random scattered AM radio transmissions speaking foreign languages, as every language actually is. No editing except levels. Another rework of the track by Marco Lucchi - Eine kleine elektronische Meditation. Title is a reference to Robert Sheckley - Options
Usually reliable sources tell us that the monster did not feel at all monstrous. The monster felt anxious. That is the way everyone feels except when they are drunk or high. It would be good to remember that when making any strange contacts: The monster feels anxious. Now, if only you can convince him that you too, despite being a monster, also feel anxious.
