When the doors of the world closed in March of 2020, suddenly we had time. Time that I didn’t want to waste.  Time that I would use to actually create something that has been brewing inside of me for a very long time.

It’s been a long journey, but we’re finally proud to present our first, actual single: Broken Time.

Broken Time

HOAM teamed up with Marie De Graeve. An awesome human being with a beatiful voice, with whom I had the pleasure to make some awesome memories on stage! 🧨
 
It felt only natural to team up to perform this amazing song. Louie Bag is a song from Yebba Smith featuring Smino. This is a song we all love very much, and we immediately agreed to cover it. So this is our little tribute to Yebba and her amazing musicians.
 
We've put our own HOAM stamp on it, and we hope you like it!
 
As you might already know, HOAM's goal is use atmospheric synths in combination with experimental guitar sounds and catchy melodies. Something we went all out with in this one.

Also a big thank you and shout out to my buddy to Lou De Smet, for laying down these awesome drums!

Louie Bag

Our newest single! A mixture of some strange synths, heavy guitars and clean vocals. 

A raw, deep and rather memory, that is manifested in a Prayer to God.

Prayer

A song about demons, setting aside differences and finding inner peace. At least that’s what we think! As a little experiment we wrote this song and we went with the first words that we came up with, without changing anything to it at all (with the exception of some grammar).
The subconscious soul, free to say what it wants to say.

Explore the raw emotions and experimental elements that shape this musical therapy session, drawing influence from Radiohead, Karnivool and Porcupine Tree.

The accompanying artwork features a man who represents Darwin, but as an ape/human. Representing the fact that we still have a long way to go as a species.

Recorded in solitude within the confines of a room, the intimacy adds an authentic touch to the song, resonating with listeners on a profound level.
