Depression shouldn’t be spread. Unless a person has permission, don’t talk to them about it. They have their own problems and you need to leave them alone. Honestly, i have depression but I don’t go telling people about it, that’s kinda stupid. I’m done with people venting to me without asking me if I’d be comfortable with it. Most the time I’ll let it slide but I’m done. I have my own problems. Please leave me alone I swear to god. If you need to talk to someone that bad please get a therapist. Or if you do self harm, and think that’s ok? It’s not normal, and you need help. Honestly. I’m not trying to be rude, or target, I’m just trying to help others. I’m also trying to get help because I committed self harm. It’s not ok, and once others find out, it’s really not good. It’s not normal to have thoughts about killing you’re self, or even having doubts about you’re body. You’re beautiful no matter what, and you need to appreciate that. God put you here so you could live a life, not end it all. And if you’re atheist, you’re here to live a life for a reason. Every storm ends eventually, it just matters on how you take it/ deal with it. If you feel stressed over little things, or cry over them, you’re not a crybaby. You’re just sensitive, and that’s NOT bad. Plus, everybody cries, it’s normal Anyway. If people talk about you, or feel that people talk about you, slowly move away from them. It’s not good/ healthy to stay with those people if you have a feeling their talking about you. If you feel you have to change because of certain people, leave them. I don’t care if you move away from them slowly, or straight away, you just have to move away from those people. It’s not ok to stay with those types of people. If you have divorced parents, and feel they divorced because of you, or feel they fight because of you, their not, because their fighting for you. They want you’re custody, or want to spend more time with you. Their divorced because they don’t love each other anymore, not because of you. If they divorced because of you, they wouldn’t have you in the first place. IF YOU NEED HELP, SPEAK UP. DONT HOLD IT IN. (I want to kill myself slowly because my love who actually treats me right has a boyfriend. (We’re both girls)
