 I wrote this song after a trip to Shady Hallow Lake in Indiana. Charlie has some lake front property there and it's great for camping, fishing, roasting marshmallows and playing live concerts. It's very calm and relaxing and a great time was had by all! I wrote the song back in 2010 but the video I put together last year. Check out the video and you will be there with me:

I tried to keep the video as true to the lyrics as I could. It was a lot of fun putting it together. I love the tranquility of a full moon casting the silvery glow over the lake! It's very magical! I especially love the fact that there were no I-phones, computers, TV's, ect, ect. No distractions, everything was left in the car! Times like those really heal a person. It was spiritually rejuvenating!  Charlie sang the song very well but my harms were a little flat (like my head!😂, sorry about that!). It was a very cool experience for me and my wife and we got to do some jamming by the fireside on the lake too! Well, I hope everyone enjoys it and thanks for dropping by and listening! That is always appreciated! Summer will be gone soon so for now, let's just bask under the glow of an Indiana Moon!! 🌕🙏✌🏼

**I NEVER USE A.I. IN ANY OF MY SONGS OR VIDEOS!** Hi everybody, my name is Jim and I’m a songwriter, I've written over 300 songs, I play guitar, bass, piano, and am an okay lyricist.  I play all types of music and have my own recording studio.  I use no A.I. or DAW or any computers to make my songs or my videos, all the instruments are played by me live on a multitrack studio recorder and Charlie, my vocalist, sings most of my songs and also plays the Harmonica on several tracks. I use video clips from Motion Array or Pexals or Pixabay for my videos. I'm not a pro or a great musician but I do what I can with the tools that I have! Recently I have had the urge to pick up my guitars (Taylor 114ce and Fender Squire) and I have been trying to use more guitar in my songs.  
My go to .vst plug ins are  EZkeys 2, EZ Bass and  EZ drummer 3) and my DAW is Logic Pro 11.

Victor Birkan resides in Beer Sheva, Israel. In his youth, he obtained a classical musical education in St. Peterburg, Russia. Even then, he showed an interest in piano improvisation, although his teachers did not encourage it too much. Then came a long break… Victor tried different professions – biologist, computer IT. His passion for music did not interrupted, but he only started playing regularly again around 2016, and in 2018 began posting his compositions.
After receiving positive feedbacks on social media, he focused on improvised music. He is deeply convinced that improvisation is not a privilege of jazz, it is the classical piano that finds its way to people's hearts. Victor Birkan never prepares for his recordings. Sitting down at the piano, he has no idea where to start, what will be in the middle and how he will finish. The melody will come from somewhere... He seeks to capture pure emotion and splash it onto the keyboard. Practically does not use computer effects. His listeners often write about the "magic", bewitching influence of his compositions.
Over the past year, Victor’s composition, “Between Night and Day”, has been nominated for Best Solo Piano Single by the ONE WORLD MUSIC RADIO, and some interesting compositions have been created in collaboration with Yellow Roze Records label. Victor is constantly striving to expand his audience.
