Bernardo Junqueira aka Betek is not new in the field, he has been creating some of the finest tracks direct to your most dancing coraçao since a long time ago, with releases on labels scattered around the globe such as Balans, Rotterdam Electronix or FERMA. In this house we are proud fans and we like to play his releases, full of freshness and with a predilection for acid incursions. As a dj he doesn't take prisoners and nobody is going to bring you down from the ceiling unless Father Karras comes with holy water and blessed rosary. A: "It's difficult to think of a new musical genre, but mine would certainly be something very percursive, with broken beats and accelerated! nothing stiff, I really like the swing we have in Brazil"

DJ and producer NORA showcases the Brazilian sound with excellence. Established across the continent, NORA has played parties like Mamba Negra and ODD in São Paulo and KODE in Rio de Janeiro. She's also the founder of the party ARENA, which supports queer artists and has cultivated a loyal following in the Rio scene. Soon to embark on her second European tour, NORA has already taken her collection of techno, hard dance, breakcore and jungle to Tresor, C12, Club Rotesonne, and Kiosk Radio. NORA's EPs like 'Miss u Raving' and 'JUMP' are perfect examples of her fluidity as a producer, smoothly layering several genres, aptly reflected in her mix for us this week too.

First up is Diogo with the crafty shuffle of ‘I Need U’ and a moody remix of ‘Aileron Pt. 2’ by jazz-funk band Yakuza. On the flip, DJ Doggo hits us with swung party grooves on the garagey ‘In My House There Will Always Be House’ and the body rockin’ ‘Let Me See You Dance’.
