Dr Jane Lynch proudly welcomes Minister for Social Justice, Jane Hutt MS, to talk about supporting our communities following one of the most challenging periods in a generation. 
The Minister talks listeners through if local authorities are to best support their communities then they must really listen to communities to understand what support they need. 
Episode 4 also reflects on the rounding up of the first Cohort of participants on the Infuse programme and looks ahead to Cohort 1 recruitment.
