At first the name of this album was Planet B.
These ten short tracks were recorded during the first lockdown and I was imagining music for an alternate planet.
Day after day, however, I realized that this music was born spontaneously to react to the suffering of a separation, my separation.
This music is also perfect for doing daily meditative postural gymnastics exercises. Each track corresponds to an exercise, for a total of ten exercises and twenty minutes of reflection and meditation.

Come per ogni mia canzone, prima nascono le parole. In questo caso in forma di poesia. Il concetto del tempo, che ci scappa "da sotto le gambe", come dice il testo, è qualcosa che mi accompagna anche nella vita quotidiana, in una lotta continua con le lancette dell'orologio per poter fermare o almeno dilatare il tempo. Non tanto per la paura di invecchiare, ma quanto per il desiderio di vivere alcuni momenti senza l'ansia di doverli archiviare perché l'ora è passata e "bisogna" fare altro. 
Io amo mangiare e in passato mi sono nutrita in maniera compulsiva. Ecco quindi la metafora del mangiare le ore per confondere il tempo, per saziare il tormento dell'ansia, per tornare a respirare liberamente. 
Ed infine l'appropriarsi della notte, "rubare le ore alla notte", l'unico momento in cui ci si illude che il tempo si calmi, prima di ricominciare a correre.

Aspettando la "notte del classico" in presenza per questa edizione del 2021 i ragazzi del liceo classico Amaldi di Novi caricheranno ogni lunedì, per dieci lunedì alle 12.00 un video su Youtube (Canale FONDAZIONE ACOS CULTURA)che con una parola ogni volta diversa racconteranno ciò che ci circonda, prima della parola una voce autorevole della cultura ed informazione locale commenterà a sua volta una parola. 
Questa settimana parte la 1^B, portavoce qui, su radio Pnr Nertìla Semino.
