this track I wrote to for all my loved ones I've lost to suicide and anyone out there currently suffering or have experienced the pain and suffering that comes with it.. theres not enough awareness around it so U know one person every 40 seconds around the world take there own life that's double the amount of homicide and we never hear about that on the news...sometimes it feels like theres nowhere to turn but there is always someone out there willing to listen and help just reach out and believe in yourself and know that if you hang on threw those long dark nights and just keep pushing eventually the sun will rise again I'm always hear for anyone if ya need just reach out...
