Following up his 2017 debut ‘Halo’ EP on Saved, we’re welcoming Italian DJ and producer, Simone Liberali back to the label this month with his brand new ‘Landslide’ EP. His music – distinguished for its powerful, percussive and playful sound, has found homes on labels including Incorrect, NONSTOP, elrow, Material and AVOTRE as well as seeing him tour the world and play in renowned clubs across the globe including Egg London, elrow Barcelona and Pacha & Sankeys in Ibiza. Lead track ‘Landslide’ kicks things off with percussive drums and mesmerizing atmospherics whilst Jinadu’s soulful, soothing vocals offer a memorable hook which is at once uplifting and enchanting yet tinged with a beautiful melancholy. ‘Discordia’ closes out the EP, a playful loop-driven groove with a bouncing bassline, shuffling snares, warped synths and vocal chants that ebb and flow throughout the composition.

One of our favourite artists Dave Mayer returns to BHM with the follow up to his top 10 release, ‘Basement Nights’ earlier this year. This EP boasts 2 cuts with his trademark sounds of garage flavoured chord stabs, raw bangin beats, and melodic overtones. Keep Dancin’ is another release from Dave, which highlights his incredible talents for compiling a house record. 

‘Keep Dancin’ uses cleverly layered vocals with swirling sine wave pads and a bouncing chord stab rhythm. All combine perfectly with his raw warehouse drums and thumping bassline to create his latest dance floor weapon.   

‘Do What Feels Good’ is a follow up to his incredibly popular track track ‘Do Right’ which we released in 2016 and has now seen over 300,000 streams across Spotify and Youtube combined. It features lush flute lines, Latin infused percussion, guitar strums and licks, Hammond organs and muted piano pads. All the trimmings to create the perfect beach club record that will be a timeless addition to any curator’s collection.

In 2019 Oliver Dollar made his Classic Music Company debut with the incredible 14-track collection Another Day Another Dollar. The album was an adventurous artistic statement, showing off a wider breadth and depth of sound than ever before, and was received with critical acclaim. Now three of the stand out tracks from the album get the remix treatment from some of Classic’s nearest and dearest. Opening the release, Classic founder Luke Solomon and the sparkling Honey Dijon come together to remix one of the stand out cuts, ‘John’s Church’. Originally produced in collaboration with German producer Nils Ohrmann, the pair intensify the steamy, gospel-tinged track, lacing in atmospheric keys and tension-building drops that take the dancefloor number to new dimensions. Up next, Snatch records founder Riva Starr drops his remix of ‘Crusader’, featuring Jason Hodges. Illustrating Riva’s signature dancefloor focused style, this transformative remix moves away from the stripped-back original, with a rolling bass and deep, swelling pads. Finally, Kelly G. delivers his Defected Dub of ‘The Delta’ to round off the release, taking the dreamy piano house of the vocal-led original and making it club friendly, with a bassline you can’t help but groove to.

Underground House music DJ and producer, ALISHA, is a name that is firmly keeping her proud home city of Peterborough's name on the map, as she regularly steals the show in some of the industries most respected hot spots and parties. She has played alongside some of the major players in the scene including Skream, Steve Lawler, Nic Fanciulli, Richy Ahmed and most notably an incredible impromptu back-to-back with Relief records label head and Tech House legend Green Velvet. Hitting Kaluki this month with her debut standalone single, ‘Infectious’; a track which captivates listeners with hypnotic looped vocals, hip swinging claps, warped synths and a playful b-line which brings the energy straight to the dancefloor.
