Another treat from the Dimensional collective out of Guatemala City, a live set from Cuendo: "Cuendo began to have an interest in music from a young age. Over the years he realized that in music he could deposit all his very deep ideas with freedom and without rules. Rebellion launched him to explore a world full of curiosities where instruments, controllers and machines dominated the day to day. Since then he has produced electronic music based on rhythmic melodies. These melodies form patterns and are applied to basses, synthesizers and beats varying between digital or analog. All these sounds envelop the space with experimental and psychedelic vibes. His influences are from Pink Floyd, Moby, Air to Acid Pauli, Bonobo and Tycho. His debut band was -Duophonic- and in this one he stood out for four years. Now he resides as a solo artist. His genre ranges from downtempo, ambient, electronic to melodic, house, progressive.

This set was recorded in one take, live, and represents a downtempo experimental vibes. I played this one a couple of times during my gigs. It has melodic, ambient and experimental synths. Those synths have a nostalgic vibe. It does have solid beats and textures as well.  All of the basslines are strong and solid, and if we combine all of those colors together we can have a melodic, experimental downtempo. It's perfect for a warm up."
