Night Walk (Prod. Danny Umi & Q.P)

I started off doing open mic nights at Kansas State University, and then at the ‘juke house’ on 18th & Vine in Kansas City. 

During those open mic nights, I would perform “poetry/ spoken word pieces” but to me, It always seemed like I had more of a rap sound than a spoken word/ poetry sound. 

I understand that poetry and rap can be synonymous, so I decided to challenge myself to write to over beats. 

On these beats I choose to be authentic, share my lived experiences, and express myself to the world.

I hope my songs can be relatable and inspiring to you.
