UK-born and Melbourne raised, Bün is an exciting new force emerging on Melbourne’s techno scene. 2023 was an exciting year for Bün, kicking off with the release of his debut track ‘Wake Up’ with European label Aviary Recordings, which broke the top 50 on Beatport’s Melodic House and Techno Hype charts. He then went on to support Moia with Dangerous Goods and to play regularly at Phonetics.

When Bün gets on the decks, he takes you somewhere special. His taste ranges in vibe and pace, traversing the sub-genres of indie dance, afro and progressive house and driving melodic techno. His sets are rich with rhythmic percussion, soulful vocals, pulsing basslines and spicy drops that make the dance floor heave.

Beyond the decks, Bün’s passion is music production. He takes inspiration from the likes of Space Motion, Keinemusik, Adam Ten, Tal Fussman and Luke Alessi. His upcoming releases will include reinventions of 2000s classics, dirty house grooves and euphoric melodic techno. Keep an eye out for his EP to be released in March 2024.
