Henry Thornhill returns from war duty in Proskyata only to find that his younger sister has moved to the neighbouring city of Bellmoor while he's been away - a terrible city where trouble can be found round every corner. 
Fearing for her safety Henry makes his way to Bellmoor to look for her but gets far more than he bargained for. . .
