Though karma has gotten back at Francine a few times in life for her actions, In both multiple acts of mass murder as a mercenary, and for treating Franky the way she did. Her eye got blown to giblets while trying to shove Zanya away from a grenade. Thus giving her a new black steel eyepatch that has eye tracking technology so she can still see through the eyepatch but it'll never be the same. And from her ageing she had to finally retire though she isn't close to the normal retirement age, she just lays in a hospital bed all day everyday. Her bones have gotten unstable and brittle she coughs a lot between long sentences and she has the exhale & Inhale between most words now. She looks nearly identical to her Daughter Franky who is now an Adult. same hairstyle, both lost an eye, but Francine now in her hospital bed has little nightmares about the inevitably of Death, and that her daughter will be the one to carry it out. Though she has this fear met in the end she only has this final verbal onslaught to her Daughter in her final moments.
