Im so angry inside. Like constantly disassociated or in a rage. 
Idk how to let anything go.
Idk how everyone else does this, every day is a challenge.

This song makes me feel like im in bed thinking too hard & the world is spinning even faster then usual. I feel so happy yet sad , getting better  then not believing in myself no mote. Idk what is wrong with me. I think i have bipolar disorder. 😴🙁
