For the fourth release of its catalog, e s p e r p e n t o draws inspiration from the Tanzerloch, an ancient chasm steeped in charm and mystery nestled within the Val d'Assa (Italy).
According to Cimbrian folklore, witches' gatherings were held in the depths of this abyss with their wild dances and magical rites.
Through a 12-track split Ep, Brenko and the brand-new project "eoobe" by the Amsterdam-based duo Elina Tapio and Marco Segato, delve into a gorge of sounds that transcend time, tribal reminiscences, frenetic percussive rhythms, and indistinct voices.

Bio: 

Hailing from Bristol, UK, Anthony Goodfellow is a composer, producer, and DJ who has spent much of the past decade living in the electronic music hubs of Berlin and Den Haag before settling in the USA in 2020. With a prolific career spanning various projects since 2001, he has amassed over 70 releases on esteemed labels such as Death Waltz Recording Company, Omnidisc, and Not Not Fun.

Ye Gods began in 2017 whilst living in The Hague and explores themes of the occult. Due to the nature of this work, further details are intentionally withheld. While Ye Gods' music draws comparisons to artists like Coil, Nurse With Wound, Autechre, and Muslimgauze, it stands apart as an expression of the artist themselves. After all, the map is not the land.

From her earliest connection to music from punk to funk growing up surrounded by music culture in Los Angeles and also her involvement in the Music Underground for decades, Blackmoon 77 has had a genuine passion for music which spans across many genres and forms.  She has focused her sound exploration into creating musical journeys that convey her unique point of view and feelings through music. Since the start of her career as a DJ in the late 90’s  until today Blackmoon 77 has taken inspiration from the obscure sounds of post punk/wave and experimental, as well as a true DNA connection to Acidhouse and mutant industrial techno.

As a producer she has released on labels such as Discos de los Quebranto, Feral Colony and Veleno Viola. Her respect for the experimental rule breakers and innovators, as well as the artist who channel their world views on corruption through thier music have been  integral.  In this mix she highlights some of the earliest industrial punk and minimal wave/ synth artist to the newest releases that bring awareness and a message about the angst and joy of the human experience.
