Sharkswimmer is a 4 piece indie/punk band hailing from Brooklyn, New York. In September of 2017, frontman and Austin TX native Justin Buschardt decided it was about time to dig some new songs out of hiding and turn them into something more than just a bedroom project. Inspired by bands such as Culture Abuse, Sunny Day Real Estate, Dinosaur Jr., Saves the Day, Hot Snakes, Pity Sex, and Cloud Nothings (to name a few), their overall sound is always shifting and can be fairly hard to put your finger on. Sharkswimmer consists of singer/guitarist Justin Buschardt, guitarist Danny de Juan, bassist Steph Buschardt, and drummerJesse Reed.
