Our 18th episode welcomes @julya-karma, a NYC-based DJ & producer with roots extending from Lebanon to California, and through her musical abilities, and contagious energy, has quickly emerged in New York's underground scene.

Julya's connection to sound started early as she began studying classical piano at the age of 6, and since, has been passionately involved in music at every stage of her life. As an obsessive curator, she finds mixing to be the perfect format for creating an atmosphere of deep, moving melodies, eclectic sounds, and stimulating progressions. An artist bound by no genre, Julya tells powerful, emotional stories through her music, and her live performances allow audiences to unite together to transcend beyond time and enter a higher level of consciousness.

At the heart of every moment lies a rhythm, a melody, a sound that resonates with the essence of life itself. This set is more than just a collection of harmonies. It is a celebration of illumination - the light within life's simplest joys and the profound beauty of friendship and love. 
Music brings kindred souls together, fostering bonds that last a lifetime. I have been blessed to meet some of the most beautiful humans on the dancefloor...many of those I am blessed to call friends. 

Together we have the power to turn up the volume of life, celebrate true connection and illuminate the world around us.

Illumination

A 3 hour set at an intimate beach bar on the west coast of South Africa.  Good vibes, the beach and sunset with some tunes to accompany the mood.  I'm starting slow and end with a lot of energy!
