Binaural beats work by playing two different frequencies into the left and right ear. An offset in the frequency is picked up by the brain, which produces a "beat" sound in the waves. By setting the beat to wave forms exhibited by the brain in certain states of consciousness, you can help facilitate these states of consciousness. The most common wave function produced by the brain during the phenomenon known as "Out of Body Experience" is 3.86hz-4hz.
 This binaural beat starts at 12hz ramps down to 3.86 after a couple minutes and rests there for almost 30 minutes. This should be good to help facilitate point consciousness, which is the launch pad for things such as healing, remote viewing and NPMR exploration. Lay down comfortably with headphones(not too loud) focus on the sound and let your surroundings fade away. If you find your thought wandering, just bring your focus back to the sound.
