Hey y'all! Meet Sarah Shelton-James - a native Arkansan yoga teacher, veterinary nurse, and herbal tea maker. Sarah creates custom tea blends that are small batch made with specific, supportive actions in mind. After creating this supportive blend, she fine tunes to find the perfect flavor profile. The result is an herbal tea that is not only good for you but is also flavorful and delicious.  Sarah grew quite a bit of the herbs she uses and has plans for an herb farm for the 2023 growing season. When she’s not teaching yoga, or blending tea, you can find her on the river, training her dogs or working in her herb garden. Some of her favorite things in life are animals, classic cars, live music, hot tea, boat rides, veterinary medicine, and (of course) herbs!
