Twilight tango (epic instrumental)

This song is about a Nordic folklore tale about The Draugr, an undead shepherd who haunted a farm and was defeated by a hero named Grettir the Strong.

Lyrics:
[Verse]
The haunted farm of Thorhall-stead,
Was once tended by a shepherd,
But he became a man undead,
After his corpse was not interred.

[Pre chorus]
This hulking, unholy man,
Reanimated after he died,
He became a menace to the land,
And so the townsfolk cried.

[Chorus]
A gruesome walking corpse,
The Draugr was a fearsome sight,
He rode to death every horse,
And brought terror to the night.

[Verse]
With a body grotesque and bloated,
The Draugr sat on the farmhouse's rooftop,
He destroyed the building and gloated,
And no one could make him stop.

[Pre chorus]
The folk were desperate for aid,
So Grettir the Strong came to the farm,
He was a brave man, unafraid,
And vowed to bring The Draugr harm.

[Chorus]
A gruesome walking corpse,
The Draugr was a fearsome sight,
He rode to death every horse,
And brought terror to the night.

[Verse]
Grettir and The Draugr wrestled,
And in one fell stroke The Draugr lost his head,
Then the dread matter was settled,
Freeing the farm of Thorhall-stead.

But The Draugr left an unholy mark,
By inflicting a curse upon Grettir,
And so Grettir feared the dark,
And he never got better.

Mistakes

This is a collaboration with my soundcloud friends Foresto and Ken Minty, where I had the pleasure to contribute with bass and with providing the final mix.
I have made foresto´s guitars fly by massive use of the panner hwich gives this track something very airy and light.
