This is actually a combination of two songs about the same thing. I wrote a song with a purpose: convince my friend to stay. The first version was melodic with an acoustic guitar. Then I wrote and recorded a second version using Ableton. I then mixed them together. The result captures my feelings better: on the one hand I am pleading in a sweet kind way, and internal I am angry and sad and that’s darker. I hope you like it.
