Dabei haben sie stets auf hochwertige Produktionen und ausgewählte Kollegen die ihre Produktionen komplettieren. Auch wenn sie einen Remix beisteuern, darf immer auf eine ausgereifete und ehrliche Arbeit setzen. Ihr Sound ist nicht nur emotional und verspielt, er hat das gewisse Etwas was die beiden unverwechselbar macht. Philipp Wolf ist Frankfurter DJ und Producer-Nachwuchstalent mit Fokus auf elektronische Underground Musik.
Der Mitte Zwanziger steht dabei in Punkto Sound für kredibilen Deep-House bis hin zu soulful Techno.
Sein Gespür für qualitativ hochwertige Tanzmusik bescherte dem aufstrebenden Künstler bereits um die Volljährigkeit die erste Residency auf einer der größten monatlichen Veranstaltungsreihen Frankfurts – ‚Colours’, diese hält er bis heute inne. Dazu hatte er die Möglichkeit über die lokalen Grenzen hinaus von München bis nach Berlin, Auftritte mit Acts wie Oxia, Stefano Noferini, Marek Hemmann, Oliver Schories, Coyu, Dosem, Chasing Kurt, Parra for Cuva, Stereo Express, Stephan Bodin, Jay Lumen und vielen mehr zu spielen.
Während der Entwicklung seines DJ-Profils hat es Philipp Wolf geschafft auch als Produzent an seine Erfolge anzuknüpfen.
Nach diversen Remixen für internationale Künstler aus Kanada, Frankreich und der Türkei hat Wolf Ende 2016 sein erstes größeres Release auf dem Schweizer Label ‚No Definition’ veröffentlicht. Die EP namens ‚Wild Side’ ist über alle Erwartungen hinaus in den Beatport Album Charts auf Platz 4 eingestiegen und in den Single Charts auf Platz 60.
Neben seinen Tätigkeiten als DJ und Produzent hat Wolf sein eigenes Live-Stream Konzept ‚Places’ entwickelt.
Diese Streams werden auf sozialen Medien übertragen und mit verschiedenen Kooperationspartnern umgesetzt.
Die Idee ist es, DJ Sets von Philipp Wolf an außergewöhnlichen Orten live zu übertragen. Insgesamt hat dieses Konzept bis heute eine Reichweite
von über einer halben Millionen Personen erreicht und wurde zum Beispiel in einem Friseur Salon, einem Hotelzimmer, auf dem Vorfeld des Frankfurter Flughafens sowie in der Frankfurter Eissporthalle.
Für 2017 stehen sowohl Releases auf Labels wie ‚CR2’ und ‚Soulful Techno’ sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Live-Stream Konzeptes ‚Places’ an.

Was macht Menschsein aus? Ist es der aufrechte Gang? Das logische Denken? Unsere Art sich zu organisieren?

Ich denke wenn es etwas gibt, dass uns alle verbindet egal, wie wir aussehen, woher wir kommen und welchen Weg wir gehen, dann ist es folgendes:

Wir alle sind auf der Suche nach Verbundenheit. Nach Zufriedenheit. Nach Glück. Nach Geborgenheit. Emotionen bestimmen unser Leben.

Das ist in jedem Menschen gleich.

Und das ist das traurige an der heutigen Gesellschaft. Wir sind so erfüllt von Emotionen und geben doch meist den Negativen Vorrang. Hass statt Liebe. Wut und Verbitterung statt Gelassenheit. Misstrauen statt Vertrauen. Angst statt Entspannung. 

Behandeln sämtliche Emotionen so als wäre es was lästiges was man loswerden will.

Dabei gehören sie zum Leben wie das Essen Trinken und Atmen. Wir können nicht ohne Essen leben und können nicht ohne zu Fühlen leben.

Sie sind der Grund für die größten und schönsten Errungenschaften die wir hervorgebracht haben. Aber auch der Grund für alle schlechten.

Deswegen liebe ich Musik und das Auflegen so.  Musik gehört zu den schönsten Sachen die wir hervorbringen.

Ich will nicht reden über Genregrenzen oder das Mainstream Vs Underground Gequatsche. Über Business und sowas. Ich will auch keine permanente Selbstdarstellung an den Tag legen.

Nein. Musik macht mich glücklich und zufrieden. Ich will einfach nur Glück Zufriedenheit und Freude erleben und dies Tag für Tag und liebe es dies mit allen zu teilen. Dies verbindet uns alle.


Das ist Musik:

eine Unendliche Quelle von Schönheit. 
Unendliche Emotionen. Unendliche Freude. Unendliche Melancholie. Unendliche Freiheit.  Unendliche Verbundenheit. Unendliche Erinnerungen.

Ladies und Gentleman

Eine Botschaft an alle im neuen Jahr.

Ein Plädoyer an die Liebe.

Eine Odyssee in die Unendlichkeit.

Wer sich mit der Botschaft identifizieren kann. 
Dann teilt es bitte, es wird soviel schlechtes geteilt auf Facebook und co, warum nicht mal was schönes?

What does it mean to be human? Is it the upright walking? Our logical thinking? Our way to organize ourselfes?

I think there is something, that connects us all, regardless of looks, origin or which way we choose to walk in life:
We all are looking for affinity. For pleasure For satisfaction. For comfort. Emotions determine our lives.
That’s what is equal in every human being on this planet.
And that is what’s so sad about todays society. We are full of emotions but most of us choose the negative ones. Hate instead of Love. Anger and acrimony instead of serenity. Distrust instead of trust. Fear instead of relaxation.

We treat our emotions as if they were something annoying we want to get rid of.

But emotions are a part of our lives just as eating, drinking and breathing. We can’t life without food and we can’t life without feeling.

They are the reason for the biggest and most beautiful masterpieces mankind has created. But also the reason for everything bad.

That’s why I love music and playing music. Music is one of the masterpieces mankind is creating.

I don’t want to talk about “Genre”, I don’t want to talk about Mainstream or Underground. I don’t want to talk about business. I don’t want to do permanent showmanship.
No. Music makes me happy and satisfied. I want to feel pleasure, satisfaction and happiness, day for day.  And I love to share this emotions with others. This connects us all.
That is Music

a neverending source of Beauty. Neverending emotions. Neverending pleasure. Neverending melancholy. Neverending freedom. Never ending affinity.
