What started as recreation, performing covers after working hours in an office in Zaventem in 2013, turned out in the writing of own songs, with only voice (Kathleen), guitar and bass (Johan) on GarageBand.
The fact that the Bugaboos (a blues band, where Kathleen was a singer) split up end of 2017, gave the opportunity to rehearse and enrich the tracks with the enthusiastic & professional contribution of the ‘left overs’ of the same band, Dirk (drums), Eddy (bass) and Edy (sax).
After 3 months of intensive rehearsals in ‘the Vizit – Wilrijk’ , K@than recorded these 7 tracks at the Sputnik Studio in Schoten (thanks Joes).
We put the mini-album “Expect The Unexpected” on SoundCloud and received a lot of encouragements.
Still looking for the right place, right person, right time to further enhance our songs and sound.
