Throw this on when you're stuck in traffic. It's a hilarious groundbreaking guided meditation, the result of a collaboration between award winning author and spoken word artist James Mihaley  and Latin Grammy nominated producer/musician Grecco Buratto (k.d. lang, Gwen Stefani, Roberto Carlos, Shakira, P!nk). 

The genesis of this project began while being stuck in traffic on the 405 highway in LA, feeling an intense desire to kill someone. 

 At that moment a question emerged.  If our most urgent need as a species is to reduce the amount of rage on this planet, why not start with a traffic jam?  They exist all over America, all over the world.  They're colossal cauldrons of negativity in which we are all drowning.  

If we can transform our collective anger through humor and meditation, there may be hope for the future.  

The music that accompanies TJM has a 70's vibe.  It was influenced and inspired  by the cool hip virtuosity of Gil Scott Heron.

After listening to TJM, you will look forward to traffic jams.  You will seek them out.
