Hi everyone, this is my first upload/podcast so please be gentle :) I have been itching for a way to explore the subject of Kundalini in a more concise way, and toyed with the idea of making a video series on YouTube, but finally settled on audio being my most comfortable medium. Here I discuss the basics of Kundalini energy and what the phenomena means and how it is represented/experienced. I will go into more depth in further podcasts, but I feel this one covers a lot of ground.
