The Chelan and Douglas county citizen coalition suit is scheduled for a hearing today, Wednesday, June 3 at 2pm in Chelan Superior Court before Judge Kristin Ferrera. The court plans to hear the venue transfer request and may hear the temporary restraining order (TRO) request. Today’s proceedings can be observed through Chelan County Superior Court You Tube channel. Go to You Tube, search “Chelan County Superior Court”, select it, and then select the “Live” video (Cuevas Et Al v. Inslee). If for some reason the YouTube channel is not working, please try Judge Kristin Ferrera’s FaceBook page. Should the court have to alter the viewing from the above options, an updated Press Alert will be issued.
