The journey kicks off with DJ Andy teasing his darker side as the track builds. Elegant melodies sweep over a catchy vocal loop, adding to the suspense leading up into the drop. Designed with the dancefloor in mind, “Controllers” is sure to be a favourite. 

With a foreboding intro, RCA “Save Me” captivating from the get-go, light tones fill the track, matched with poetic lyrics and an alluring delivery will draw the listener in again and again.

Keeping the energy peaking, Marqez delivers “Transistor”— a track that’s both ominous and hypnotic old school energy, feel the rumble!. With a dirty sinister build-up and an even darker payoff, it's a certified dancefloor destroyer that sets the bar sky-high.

The Garfield closes the EP with a nod to the dancefloor - rolling breaks, fluid percussion, and a bassline that keeps things driving without ever losing its weight. There’s movement and momentum throughout, but still that same sense of discipline that runs through every track on the release 🤯

Bristol heavyweights Objectiv and Teej land on Dispatch with a two-track scorcher loaded with grit, groove and straight-up dancefloor intent. The pair step out with two razor-sharp rollers that hit with punch, clarity and that unmistakable touch they have spent years refining.

Objectiv and Teej have been crafting their sound together for seven years, building a formidable partnership within the OCC collective. Their process is rooted in trust, shared intuition and a constant back-and-forth of loops, sketches and ideas. That creative rhythm has shaped a catalogue of high-energy bass music that connects across Bristol and beyond, with recent releases picking up serious attention for their vibe led, club focused approach.

The new singles 'Keep It Cool' and 'Club Sarny' capture everything that makes them such a strong pairing. Both tracks move with progressive intent, tight percussion and the kind of low-end weight Dispatch is known for. These are peak-time rollers built to lift a room, and they show Objectiv and Teej operating at full strength.

Kyrist makes a blistering return to Dispatch this September with the ‘Fragment EP’.

Her third solo label release, the Bristol based producer celebrates the splinters and nuances to her ever evolving sound.

‘Hoodlum’ and ‘Outbreak’ are out and out weapons, with Kyrist striking at the jugular, whilst ‘Fragment’ shows a more experimental side.

This continues with her two collaborations; a classic tech foray with HLZ on ‘Konflicted’, but a more new-school approach alongside Document One.

Uniting the varying influences and aspects to her sound, ‘Fragment EP’ is a testament to Kyrist’s expanding prowess within the darker realms of drum & bass today.

Talkre (pronounced Talker) is back with another great EP. Following on from the 'Isolation EP' on Dispatch earlier this year, DIS140 is his Dispatch Recordings debut with the 'Tannhauser Gate EP'.

This EP takes its name from the last words of Roy Batty, lead renegade replicant in Blade Runner. The track itself was built using a late 70s Yamaha CS-50 synth, the little brother of the CS-80 used by Vangelis to score the cult film.

5 tracks of cinematic, futuristic soundscapes lovingly crafted in his trademark style. Talkre is one name you're going to be hearing a lot more this year.
