It's basically Sister Ray, but my voice isn't cut out for it. Dirty-ass rock and roll I recorded back in 2016. Recorded the piano track on a 100-year-old Bechstein in an empty school in Wisconsin at midnight. I don't think I should've been using it but it was that or the Steinway in the theatre next door.

My love letter to the great musician Arthur Russell. Been working on this one for a long time, with a lot of false starts and stops.

I originally had this planned as a gentle, folksy, keyboard-heavy track. Then, I was playing around with Celtic (DADGAD) tuning and came up with two heavy riffs and the song turned into a Celtic freak disco track about fox hunting and the novel Rogue Male by Geoffrey Household. Enjoy the chaos.

Concetta Abbate, my old voice coach, a hopeless endeavor through no fault of her own, plays viola on this.
