With their extensive mix series and a number of valuable releases, Berlin-based N0FUTUR3 has been on a continuous tastemaking quest to share the latest electronic/club music sounds from Latin America and beyond. Now they're about to add a massive entry to their catalogue and kick off 2023 by releasing a whopping two-volume compilation that gathers 40 (!) tracks from the likes of @bigote_caballito, @n-t-f-l, @djsevenbeatz, @radeco, @emilianodietzgen and many more. Among them is @sandunga, Mexican DJ/producer, who delivered a fast-paced track utilizing elements of a classic bolero tune 'Pena Negra' by the Sonora Santanera band.

Ignacio La Conga is a trio with an already impressive line up - @r-o-o-i, @facundo-fernandez-alberdi and @medixcielx have all played crucial roles in numerous undertakings in the Argentinian alternative music scene in the past years. Add EL PLVYBXY to the mix and you end up with a dream collaboration that luckily did happen and resulted in a track called 'Sacabocado' which is a first single from their upcoming EP 'Abran Cancha'. A follow-up to Ignacio La Conga's 2021's 'Donde Se Quiebran Las Hachas' once again seamlessly merges Latin American folklore and electronic music production creating space to present the traditional genres in a new, somewhat darker and equally alluring, environment.

La Luna (The Moon), symbolizes the essence of femininity, reigns over the realms of water, emotions, subtlety, and fertility. In contrast, Saturn, guides us towards the realms of masculinity, framing itself as discipline, the refinement of skill, physique, and the establishment of internal ideologies and behaviors.

The EP's sonic landscape is characterized by the extensive use of Afro-Ecuadorian rhythms, accompanied by hypnotic voices and the deep presence of a sub-bass. An irresistible call to dance, which defines the distinctive sound of Post-Colonial Bass- a proud entry in the tapestry that connects Southamerica in the information network of KIPUS.
