Arrangement of Turkish folk song "Bülbülüm Altın Kafeste" for Flute, B♭ Clarinet and Bass Clarinet trio. The relatively lengthy flute solo introduction also makes use of traditional idioms.

Sailing To Somewhere - Nautical Songs For Wind Trio

Jack, Ben and Ned  is an arrangement of five traditional songs, probably all of Irish origin, that have a connection to three different bushrangers, who roamed the Australian landscape in earlier days.  These men held up coaches, banks, shops, and sometimes took hostages.  These acts were carried out with various degrees of violence, but many lost their lives because of these men and their gangs.  However, many of them were also championed by the common folk, who hated the corrupt police forces of the time as much as the bushranger did.

Eric Andersen is a conductor, teacher, wind chamber music player, and composer of quirky pieces for chamber winds, for band or for choir.  
His career as a musician in the Australian Army included his attendance at the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall, in London.  On his return to Australia he held appointments to lead the army bands in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne, and he led the Defence Force School of Music for  five years.
