Pablo Garrido a.k.a Roll97  es  DJ y productor de Drum and Bass nacido en Málaga y adquirió estilo y su esencia en Bristol (UK).
Influenciado por el género desde su adolescencia, pero fué a los 19 cuando se mudó a Bristol cuando comenzó a desarrollar su pasión por esta música y fue allí cuando comenzó a producir este género, profundizando mucho más su estilo y perfeccionando la técnica.
Este nuevo artista que aparece en la escena musical, trae consigo tracks contundentes con mucho dinamismo y ritmos funky, deep y liquid y sus mezclas suelen tener progresiones entre estilos como el deep rolling, el jungle y el techstep.

Según nos cuenta el artista Roll97:
Este remix a las vocales tan reconocidas de Gappy Ranks está inspirado en el más contundente y minimal drum and bass dentro del subgenero deep.

El porque de un remix a este track, viene de cuando empezó a hacer sus primeras mezclas le encantaba mezclar canciones de RaggaJungle con vocales de canciones conocidas, con temas de deep minimal o rolling con unas baterías muy marcadas y dinámicas. 
Este es su concepto de tema con vocales royo Reggae Dancehall serio, un tema que no deja de sorprenderme cada vez que lo pincho, siempre buscando causar en el público ese concepto tan precioso llamado "bassface".
Espero que lo disfruteis tanto como yo lo he disfrutado hacerlo!

You know the name CFG Music from the label and events brand started back in 2008.
Now, it's back, rebranded as CFG Music with Sublow Hz at the helm and big
moves to be made.
And here's one of those big moves.
First up on the all-new imprint is a production from the bosses themselves, with Jamaican
reggae star Eesah on vocals. Anyone who's heard any of his solo work or his huge collabs
with the likes of Chronixx and Capleton will know the significance of this team-up, his first
outing on a DnB beat.
With Sublow Hz delivering a stripped back stepper, made of snappy beats and incisive
blades of bass, Eesah's vocals drive the tune and make Gangster Life an instant
singalong skankout classic.
It's only release one from the rebooted CFG Music, and they've already made their
intentions clear. With deep roots in both the Caribbean and UK and love for their
respective music scenes, they'll be exploring all branches of the musical family tree that

Label founders and veteran production duo Sublow Hz drew for the contacts book and recruited lava-hot reggae star Eesah to feature on 'Gangster Life', which has already hooked ravers with its addictive combo of singalong vocals and heavyweight beats and bass.


And, now, before we've even had a chance to recover from that first assault on our senses, there's a follow-up strike.


The mighty Dope Ammo has been brought on board to deliver his flip on the stems and he's produced a monster. Eesah's melodies still power the track, but Mr Ammo has melded them with extra stomping screwface bass and rolling, break-layered drums. Where the original was slick, cool and stripped-back, this version takes things a couple notches more brutal.


This is only the first step of CFG Music's journey under Sublow Hz's guidance. The brand's already established their Caribbean-UK connection and showcased multiple styles of drum 'n' bass, but this is just the beginning of the journey.
