The Caspian Trio plays jazz; its own form of jazz, very lyrical, with meditative grooves and strong melodies, inspired in part by formations like the Esbjörn Svenson Trio, in part by European tradition and Oriental folklore, absorbing many influences into its own unique style.
 
The musicians are Ferdinand Delcker (piano), Kazuyoshi Nakatsukasa aka Chuji (bass) and Sebastián Rosales Morandé (drums).
