Our most ddddddancy mix contribution in a little while here from Japan's @mayurashka. We first came across her music when she sent us 'Maco Jungle' from the @planettrip compilation Ordinary Dreams Vol. 2 and have been enjoying her mixes and productions since. This one harks back to sweaty basement times pre-covid, a kind of clubbing unity that many of us are still settling into after copious global lockdowns. Equal parts for the mind and the body, Mayurashka cuts across genres and moods with deft. Please enjoy and turn up the volume!

Next up in our series is a producer with a singular take on electronic music, Gacha Bakradze is a creator with a unique sense of style and an abstract understanding of the wider context of electronic music. The sounds he creates are almost cinematic and over the years he has released an exceptional catalogue of music for the likes of Apollo, Lapsus, Transfigured Time, Fever AM and many more. 

Originating from Tbilisi he has helped pioneer a new wave of electronic musicians who have drawn upon inspiration from early IDM and electronica. Across a number of years his sound has evolved becoming more playful and abstract in terms of sound design and scale. It's all got bigger for Gacha Bakradze and we feel that he is a key representation of the forward thinking trajectory dance music has taken of late. 

This mix wanders between house, techno and electro in fine style.

For our second weekly installment during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are happy to present a mix by French legend Sacha Mambo. Class-A DJ and digger for over two decades, Sacha's speciality lies with creating narratives. He is certainly one of those few acts that can keep you on the dance floor for hours and hours on end, drawing you into their vision until the end. Very few DJs today are as experienced and good as Sacha.

Far from "just" a DJ, however, Sacha is also capo at the well received "Macadam Mambo" imprint, with recent contributions by the infamous Pilotwings, Raphael Top Secret and many other staple acts of the French and International underground music scene. 

For 5918mins., el capo presents a selection of infectious oddball obscurities that leaves us thinking maybe we should have asked him for a 6-hour mix. We hope everyone is keeping well!
