Crystallmess transmits from Houston, where echoes of the GO SLOW, Eldorado Ballroom night curated by Solange Knowles still pulse through chopped and screwed rhythms, refracted through a Black diasporic lens. This live set traces a lineage of resistance and reinvention, folding Southern hip-hop textures into a dreamscape of memory and future. Infused with West African influences — a nod to Texas’s vibrant West African immigrant communities, the largest in the US. Expect DJ Slim K, Mike Jones, Point Blank, DJ Screw and Screwed Up Click mixed with 80’s Nigerian funk, Gqom and more.
