Hazy summer night session for no. 71 here, recorded in London in the middle of July and featuring a lot of records and tapes brought back from a recent Japan trip by Alex Yiaxis aka Fantasy In Orbit. Alex is a heavy collector and an all round knowledgeable advocate of the good stuff. We guested on his Balamii show years ago and have been tipped off to multiple records by him since. One for a lazy bike ride, the portable JBL in the park or melted on the sofa. Heatwave material!

Seesaw is a monthly one-take dj mix series recorded together by dj miss and a guest. The January 2025 edition features Trustfall (@ttrustfall)!

January's mix begins with dj miss, who builds from a gently pulsing intro into a luminous soundworld of crisp pings, chirps, and fluttering synths. Trustfall then slows things down with a gorgeous, drifting mix of oddities that effortlessly floats across dub, psychedelic, balearic, synth pop, and more. Taking inspiration from Trustfall's set, we move towards a wistful yet triumphant finale in the b2b section.

Trustfall is a Toronto-based DJ, artist, radio host and organizer. They have a soft spot for eclectic, left-handed selections and oddball psychedelia across all genres. They organize a bi-monthly party series called Freakers Corner at Bampot House in Toronto with their collective Freakers Union. You can find them on Instagram as @meagerbeaver.
