Hunted:
The opening track of Gwillz’ ‘Pressure EP’, Hunted, sets the tone with eerie suspense before launching into an unstoppable heavyweight roller. Dropping on 14 February, this one’s not your typical Valentine’s Day soundtrack - unless your idea of romance includes spine-tingling tension and face-melting basslines. A haunting vocal sample ‘Don't worry, there's no one out there’ lingers like a warning straight out of a horror movie, before the first drop unleashes a deep, driving groove. The weighty low-end and precision-engineered drums lock you in, but it’s the second drop that takes things up a notch: a certified bass-face inducer, heavier and more chaotic, twisting through warped basslines. This is Gwillz at his finest, blending dark cinematic energy with raw dancefloor impact. Are you ready for the hunt?

I tried to get a shot of my 90s neon screen, and my cat insisted on being in the shot, as always.

I was going for an "abstract 90s disposable cup" theme with the artwork, and I think I succeeded! 😎

You can find the full version of this on YouTube at the moment, but I decided to upload to Radio edit as the full version of seven minutes long, which is my opinion too long for the average listener. This song is called enlightenment and I feel that I’ve reached a bit of that lately in my life. I’ve come to some very big realizations in my life and this song really helped make that a thing so without further I do please enjoy my drum and bass song enlightenment.
