Tiffany Nguyen is a competitive powerlifter and online training coach. Originally, Tiffany was pursuing to be a dental hygienist until she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in her hands, making her unable to work in this field. She soon decided to pursue fitness full time with fantastic success as a coach and athlete. 

In this episode, we get into Tiffany's strict, Asian upbringing as she had to make it on her own, opposing her parents in many instances. We also discuss interracial dating as a Vietnamese girl since is something that comes up very often for her.
